I am a firm believer in the efficacy and benefit of using herbal remedies for relieving common ailments.

While growing up more than half a century ago, I used to watch my great grand-aunt help neighbours and friends deal with a plethora of ailments throughout the years.

For the past 10 years I have been invested in researching and writing about natural herbal treatments on a variety of blogs and websites. I am an accredited herbalist registered with the International Association of Therapists.

This website is dedicated to Oma, Pepe Maria, my great grand aunt who instilled the wonder of herbal medicine in me.
