Five Herbal Combinations For Improved Sleep

Chamomile and Valerian Root

Here are the preparation steps for the Chamomile and Valerian Root herb combination for insomnia:

Ingredients:

  • One tablespoon of dried chamomile flowers
  • One tablespoon of dried valerian root
  • 2 cups of water
  • Optional: honey or lemon to taste

Instructions:

In a small saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
